Conclusion
Research plays an imperative role in any design project. In this module, using the COVID-19 pandemic as a real-life scenario, we learnt about different research methods like primary research, secondary research, and their sub-components. This allowed us to learn how to start a research process, what is the importance of research for any design project and how research helps us to build concrete ideas which can be adaptable in real life as well. It also helps to find our stakeholders and detailed study of their daily routine, work routines, their likes and dislikes, their frustrations, which all helps to build innovative and captivating ideas for our design problems.
